Having overcome addiction issues, the men and women of Project H.E.A.R.T. recognize the essential role of true friendship in the recovery process. We encourage others to fill their lives with friendship instead of drug abuse and criminal activity. Together, we do more than simply avoid relapse: we Hold Excellence Above Relapse — as a Team.
What We Do
Group Meetings
Members meet weekly to build trusting, supporting relationships that help members understand their own minds and respond effectively to challenges.
Small Group Meetings
We also join mid-week in smaller groups to continue developing the strong friendships that we encourage.
Community Service
We gather to give back! Painting barns and delivering food baskets are just some of our past projects.
Special Events
Sober group activities like fishing, hiking, and BBQs to build relationships that stabilize us through good and bad times.
Let’s Meet
Men’s Team
Thursdays 5-6pm
The Men’s Team gathers every Thursday from 5-6pm to build relationships that are supportive, trusting, and inspirational. The Men’s Team is committed to culturing true lasting friendships that empower men of heart to be warriors for what is right, noble, and of good report! Come join us to find the support you need to live more than just a sober life. Come join us to live a life of excellence!
Women’s Team
Mondays 6-7pm
The Women’s Team gathers every Monday night at 6-7pm to develop true lasting friendships with other women who are also committed to living a life of excellence. While building healthy friendships, we also use a curriculum which incorporates discussion and Journaling, and opens the door to discoveries concerning inaccurate or negative thinking. With the right support and tools the team can view challenging situations more clearly, and respond to them in a more effective way.
